Dengiz Kürşat was born and raised in North Nicosia, Cyprus. Graduated in 1998 from Faculty of Business Administrative, Bilkent University in Ankara Turkey, and then completed his Master’s Degree (MBA) at the University of Miami, Florida USA in May 2000. 

Dengiz Kürşat began his professional career in 2000 in the US. He specialized in Internet Marketing at Tel3.com, a sub-organization of Netel Inc. A year later, he co-founded a newly integrated internet marketing company InMar with his former boss and colleagues. 

In 2003, he returned to Northern Cyprus and he set up the first-ever Real Estate Franchise company in the Country, RE/MAX Dengiz further opened a second RE/MAX franchise office in 2009. 

In August 2015, Dengiz sold off his company and Founded Avertiss Exclusive Real Estate, the first and only North Cypriot Real Estate company, operating as a Franchise. 

Dengiz Kürşat has many years of experience and a comprehensive number of connections in the North Cyprus Real Estate Sector. His achievements have been celebrated both in Cyprus and in the international arena, and he has been presented with numerous awards. Dengiz Kürşat’s areas of expertise in the North Cyprus Real Estate Sector include marketing and sales of luxury properties, land, and commercial buildings for the high-income customer profile, especially in the areas of Kyrenia and Nicosia. He is also a well known Project Advisor. 

Besides his businesses, Dengiz Kürşat is very active in NGO’s, acted as The Chairman of the Turkish Cypriot Businessmen’s Association (İŞAD) (2017 – 2019), is a co-founder of Vision Cyprus Lobbying Association and a 17-year member of Turkish Cypriot Realtors Association.
